Apartments For Rent
Germantown Mennonite Historic Trust manages seven tenant apartments in the two buildings adjacent to the historic Meetinghouse. In addition to providing an important source of income for the organization, the informal community of on-site residents serves as a peaceful presence in our neighborhood. While not required, many of our tenants come from an Anabaptist background or faith. Tenants typically seek out and enjoy the informal relationships developed through living and working in close proximity. Most participate in our programs, volunteer for our Grounds Work Days or fundraising events, or even do paid work around the property such as buildings and grounds upkeep, office work or tours.
